早期細胞發展的六個步驟

課本內容:

剛開始,神經管形成,細胞分裂使的大量的新神經產生,這個階段稱為增殖。其中神經管裡面的液體是腦脊髓液。第二個階段是飄移:當新的細胞產生後,他們會移動到細胞管適當的位置,細胞會隨著放射膠細胞的網路延伸。

當細胞到達正確的位置,他們會排列成特別的結構,這個步驟稱為聚集。下個階段是細胞的成長和突觸形成;在這個階段,軸突和樹突會產生並成長,且造成突處相連接,在軸突和樹突的頂端,會有個像變形的結構,稱為成長錐;成長錐可以指引軸突和樹突到適當的目標位置。

接下來是神經的凋亡。六個月後人類大腦大約會增生約1兆個神經,然後最多會有85﹪的腦細胞會凋亡;這些神經細胞並不是任意死亡,通常是無法接觸的突觸會死亡。最後一個步驟是髓鞘化,倖存的腦細胞會有由膠細胞形成髓鞘,大腦不同的部分,會有不同的髓鞘化時間。

名詞解釋:

1.Proliferation增殖:新的神經細胞在充滿脊髓液體的神經管內進行細胞分裂。

2.Migration移動:新細胞產生後,會向適當的目標位置移動。

3.Aggregation排列、聚集:到達目標位置後,神經會排列成不同的結構。

4.Process growth and synapse formation成長和突觸的形成:軸突和樹突的形成,並建立突觸。

5.Neuron death神經凋亡:最多有85%的腦神經死亡。

6.Myelination髓鞘:倖存的神經,會有由膠細胞形成的髓鞘。

7.Radial glial cells放射膠細胞:是暫時的網路,可以幫助腦細胞的飄移。

8.growth cone成長錐:在軸突和樹突頂端的變形結構,可指引樹突和軸突達到適當的目標。

腦部的三個主要部分早期的發展

產前第四週的時候,大腦可看到三個隆起物,分別是ForebrainMidbrainHindbrain,然後在第五週的時候Forebrain會分化成TelencephalonDiencephalon這兩個,Midbrain會分化成MesencephalonHindbrain會分化成MetencephalonMyelencephalon這兩個,這五個隆起物相當重要,因為他們最後也會分化成大腦很重要的五個部份。
